So some woman who says she lives in North Cape, Lower Twp calls in to the Cape May City Council Mtg and tells Council that they must continue to permit open carry and drinking alchoholic beverages throughout the streets and beaches of Cape May so that bars in Cape May can stay "competitive". Two thoughts come mind: 1. Who asked you? Are all of your town's problem so small that you have the time to inject yourself into the policies of other towns? and 2. Since Cape May is the only town on the County Coast that permitts this behavior I'd say they have no competition for the Key West market.
