So how is my son risking public health by surfing? My father fishing off of the jetty? Can I not go kayaking in the backwaters? Are we really going to ban all access to the beaches as the weather gets warmer? Can’t we find a way to distance and still enjoy the natural resources that made us choose the shore as our home town?
