Regarding the "parking for resident only" signs in Cape May: Can anyone park in these spots between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. as you can do for free at parking meters in our town? I would assume you can, since these signs have taken up many spots where a parking meter once stood. If you can't, the cost of these permits should be doubled.
