I love Washington Street Mall.

Cape May / Reading - I love Washington Street Mall. I've been coming down to the shore forever with my family. I've always loved all the cute little shops! Year after year the same friendly faces and outstanding customer service. This year I experienced a very pushy young girl (obviously new) who was very unprofessional and was more interested in talking to another coworker than waiting on customers. Sorry if I inconvenienced you by patronizing your store. Maybe take some lessons from all the young people who work year after year there and provide great customer service!
