To a person spouting about lawn care services blowing debris in the street: What happens in the fall when the wind blows? All you're doing is getting people stirred up about something that happens naturally and because you don't like it! When was the last time you cleaned out a storm drain? How many millions of tons of leaves, grass, and dead animals wind up in the street and into the storm drains? Do you think the towns are going to stop cutting grass because you're complaining? Stop it!
