It’s actually ridiculous how construction of the cape may promenade, ramps and stairs are STILL under construction. congress street through broadway. This project began around middle of April/end of April and still isn’t complete. I understand construction takes time, but wow what poor timing. The ramps weren’t that bad and probably could have latest another summer or 2. No promenade or beach access at grant street, grant street west and broadway for almost 2 months!!!! And they still have the nerve to charge you to get on the beach. Couldn’t this project have been done in the winter or fall?
