I see by the Herald there is a movement barring dogs from parks nature trails. Who is going to enforce it, the invisible police or the keystone cops. No one enforces the no dogs permitted on the promenade, beach or mall now. Where are they getting the manpower for this? Maybe they can hire former beachtaggers. What a joke!
