I have to tell you, I found the "Review and Opinion" article from March 8th. edition, to be very informative and well researched, whereby the authors opinion held credence and relativity to what any informed individual would agree is a situation whereby the intent of the legislation enacted, has created more harm than good. The article had to do with juvenile reform, if you have not read the article please do so.
