I come to Cape May every year to enjoy my summer and I run during the day. I have noticed lately that if you need to use the restroom at 6 to 7 a.m., you can't cause they're locked up, and when they are open, what a disgrace they are. One day I saw a woman open them up at 9 a.m. on a Sunday. Other times you see the cleaners just driving around. Way to go wasting tax dollars.
