Our governor has completely lost his mind, smokers is even a cat

Cape May County - Our governor has completely lost his mind, smokers is even a catagoriy ? Am I wrong or is smoking still a choice ? How about the really at risk people that did not choose to put themselves in this position, this just goes to show you that it's money my friends ,not public safety that guides these people.
