Cape May County - Here is a question for the tech giants or anyone with a good understanding of tech and the way it works, so here's the question : you input 10 words into a search engine and get your results, it turns out the first 3 pages even tell you they are missing at least one word from your search, however if you keep going to the 3rd or 5th page you magically get all the words you searched for, so please explain why we don't need internet reform ?
