Cape May County - I read a spout re: a Cape May County Fare Free driver using hand gestures in the Aug. 29 Herald. Did the spouter realize that if anyone pulls out, cuts in front or up the back of the bus, it doesn't have the capability of stopping on a dime like a car? So, if a hand gesture is used, yes, it may not be professional, but it's better than being hit and causing injuries. Maybe all should learn patience. Also, the driver has a responsibility for his passengers and safety.
