Cape May - Thousands of trees in protected Amazon rainforest in Brazil are being cut down to make way for a new four-lane highway leading to the city of Belem. The purpose of the new highway? To accommodate the COP30 climate conference in November. Unbelievable but true. No wonder why so many people question these "world leaders" true intentions. Do they really want to pass all these regulations on us because they sincerely care about the environment or are they just mechanisms of control?
