Cape May County - I raise and lower flags quite often at a church in beach town in CM County. Seems most of the time, the flags are at half mast. I've figured out its four good pulls to go to half staff, eight to full. Been doing a lot of four pulls lately. When are we going to do something about these kids getting assault rifles and shooting up schools?
