Cape May County - Cape May County has its own "all in the family;" Director Gerry Thornton has appointed the two highest-paying jobs to his wife and stepson. His wife is the head of Crest Haven Nursing Home, his stepson is county counsel. It is great to be a Republican out of control!

They are not the highest-salaried county employees, wife as administrator of Crest Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center earns $110,281, stepson as human relations director earns $103,022.
