There will be 2 Supreme Court cases of vital importance on the docket. The 1st is presidential immunity. This is almost certain to go Trumps way. If it doesn’t, it means that every president from here on out will be second guessed later, then prosecuted by the opposition, nothing will ever get done, and the presidency will be paralyzed with fear of retribution. Anything after the fact is second guessing. The second case involves obstruction of Justice cases from January 6th. A court has found that many cases charging obstruction did not meet the legal definition of obstruction.
