Re: county raises. The white collar employees are told that they get a pension & health benefits, really! So does every other employee who keeps getting raises. The Union who is suppose to represent all white collar employees ,does not. The executive board won't even allow members to be on a contract committee. You are absolutely correct: the union is useless. Oh, by the way, they still have to represent white collar employees even if you don't pay dues.
