Cape May City - Mr.Mita, Cape May Convention Hall is really not. It is a venue space at best. Wildwood is a Convention Hall/Business center. Your proposed Hotel would need, plumbing in an already in need space. Electrical, parking lot for hundreds of cars. And you want to go higher than Convention Hall. How/why? Just tear the whole thing down since it's being held up by additional poles which by the way is an eyesore so anyone renting in those spaces now must know they either need to find a new space or close up shop.
