Avalon - Responding to the CMC Spouter re: possible boutique hotels in Avalon : I am a fulltime resident of Avalon as well as a business owner - there are several fit that category. Avalon has lost 7 food-based businesses. At least 2 were year-round staples. And the number of weekly summer rentals shrinks every year further impacting our bottom line. Or would you just rather have 8-10 or more townhomes with 5 bedrooms each? Now, that is congestion that helps no one.
