Is anybody other than me sick of spouts complaining about nepotism or pension double-dipping? Let's face it, most of the people who do the most complaining would not qualify for any of the jobs in question. The people who come from good, hard-working, well-educated families hire their hard-working, well-educated relatives. Don't kid yourself, good families very often produce good, intelligent, well-motivated offspring. It is a reality (yes, a sad one, but a reality) that poorly educated, poorly motivated families only rarely produce a gem who rises above the rest to become a success.
