Burleigh - I was at a grocery store Aug. 9 and there was a man selling raffle tickets to "Win a Turtle." He had a very large, exotic looking turtle in a dry kiddie pool. I found myself wondering if this was legal. It certainly was not a happy turtle. I do not think this man should have the turtle in his possession, and definitely not for a raffle.
