Avalon - Why do Avalon and Stone Harbor beaches still allow smoking? Our beaches are so beautiful and precious, it is a sin to allow them to be desecrated with such filth. Am I the only one who has been rudely awoken from a nap by the nasty odor of someone's cigar?
