What is going on at the Avalon library?

Avalon - What is going on at the Avalon library? It seems like they've gotten rid of at least a third of the books in the collection and the fiction section has had all categories merged, sci-fi, mystery, horror, romance etc all grouped together. But most concerning how many books for young people are just gone! It's always been one of the best libraries with a great collection. What is going on? Very strange.
