Avalon - Many beach towns offer beach chair and umbrella services. Has this ever been considered for Avalon beaches? It would make going to the beach a lot easier, especially for older folks or parents with children. It would also be a bit of a money maker for the town, or for a charity, and would provide a few summer jobs.
