Avalon - Driving at dusk or after dark is very dangerous in Avalon. Kids on bikes which have no lights and who don't follow traffic laws can come at a car from any direction, and they are very difficult to see. Although a sign at the entrance to Avalon says "Bikes must follow same traffic laws as cars" there doesn't seem to be much enforcement. I encourage drivers to go even more slowly than the posted 25 mph after dark.
