Avalon - Local developer convinces Avalon they need a boutique hotel and he's the one to build it. Planning/Zoning board amends Master Plan over resident objections. Developer then puts the whole block up for sale. Not a good look, and certainly not the best future for Avalon. Time for a new mayor and a new board.
