Avalon - It sure seems like the current owner of the Avalon Anchorage is getting a raw deal by Avalon Council. If nothing was in writing that was agreed with the former owner then it isn't valid. Courts agreed, so move on. I feel bad the owner had to waste money on lawyers and I feel bad for me that my Avalon tax dollars were wasted on this effort.
