Avalon - Is it legal in Avalon to leave trailered boats parked on major thoroughfares for prolonged periods of time? There has been one for months on Dune Drive clearly for advertising purposes and now there is another in the same area for sale. Dangerous to bikers, drivers, and pedestrians!
