Avalon - I agree with the spouter from Erma - soft sell it however you like, but Bill Clinton committed perjury. He was being sued for sexual harassment. He lied in a sworn statement and later admitted to it. He got a free pass from his wife, the media and Congress. There is no exception to the perjury statute that allows lying about sex, or anything else for that matter.
