Avalon - Exactly 1 month ago we spouted an alert that for 1 1/2 years a pool under construction has not had any fence around it, to prevent any person or animal from falling in and drowning or being maimed. We have not called the address in, but rather put out this notice. It is disappointing that so many "officials', who are paid to govern and manage this town, are not taking action. It is in a location that is easily visible every time the building inspector, zoning officer, code enforcement officer, police, mayor, or council travel on Dune Drive. Still no fence.
