Avalon - During a recent stormy windy weekend, I went to the beach at 30th Street, and the big construction project that Avalon is doing itself, at the parking lot, has open, uncovered trash dumpsters with plastic trash blowing all over. No wonder there is a bunch of trash all over the beach and Boardwalk. It's no wonder the contractors don't cover their dumpsters, when the Borough of Avalon doesn't follow its own laws.
