Avalon - The current U.S. homeownership rate is about 65.5%. We've had homeownership rates around 65.5% in the U.S. in 1979, 1998 and 2011. 65.5% is about midway between the highest high and lowest low in the last 50 years. I'm pretty sure. For now I don't see a crisis
