Avalon - Can those pushing children in strollers at a snail’s pace, taking up the entire bike lane on Dune Drive in Avalon, kindly use the sidewalks on the right with the nice wheelchair stroller-friendly slopes (which, when biking, I’m not allowed to use)? That way, I won’t open myself up to a first-class trip to an ER from being forced out into the car lane in order to avoid them. Last time I checked, a stroller is not a bike.
