Avalon - Almost anyone who can afford a house in Avalon has to be fairly intelligent and successful. Anyone who is wealthy enough to own one as second home might be even smarter and more successful. You have to be downright rich to plant your family there for the summer. Then why don't these summer people understand that the guys building houses here can’t afford to take off the best months for building? It seems they are either ignorant or selfish to think construction must stop for their vacation.
