Went on the Avalon kayak park website to check on registration timeline and site says to keep checking back for updates. Registration process has changed every year, as has the time frame. Whoever thinks it is OK or a good idea to tell residents who pay taxes to keep checking back just doesn't get it. How complicated can it be? If you need more spots, add some racks or find another spot like over 24th Street.
