Transgender people using public bathrooms has never been a problem, until an Olympic athlete came out as being transgender. I can't recall a single report of a transgender person ever assaulted or did anything inappropriate in a public restroom. Which pretty much makes NC law useless, degrading and is the new shape of the southern segregation tradition.
