Look into livestreaming Planning/Zoning meetings and department meetings for transparency in government, yes. Reduce tipping fees and waste by allowing scavenging of bulk trash, yes. Yes to all of the above in Stone Harbor. No in Avalon. Avalon looks backward while Stone Harbor embraces the future.
