To the person who says that it is better to have side yard pick-up by the Borough of Avalon employees: I did that job 14 years ago, and it is impossible to have side yard pick-up. Side yard pick-up takes way too long and way too much over-time in the summer months, which adds up to big money. Those men work hard doing that job in the freezing cold and summer heat!
