Kids are running wild at night on bikes. Legally bikes must have a warning device (bell or horn) and, at night, lights, front and rear. Why are bike rental firms allowed to rent bikes with neither of the above? They may be open to law suits if one of their unlit bikes is involved in an accident. At least make this equipment a requirement on all rental bikes. Let us give the motorists a fighting chance.
