It's beyond embarrassing to see candidates of both parties outdoing each other for acceptance as the most pro-Israel at the annual AIPAC Convention in D.C. We all accept that Israel is a democracy of sorts in the Middle East, but could anyone explain just what that country really does for America as an ally, since we keep hearing over and over she is our most reliable ally, even above Canada, who helped us from the Iran hostage crisis to sending rescue workers here with our storms?
