I want to know who I have to know to get the treatment I witnessed today. While driving south on Dune Drive, I and at least three other cars, were passed by a car going at least 40 miles an hour. A police car coming towards us turned around, pulled up behind the speeder, and followed them for at least 15 blocks. I guess the cop recognized the person because the officer turned off and the car sped on to his destination. Must be nice not to have to worry about a ticket.
