I think Avalon city counsel and zoning board should seriously consider a moratorium for building side by side condos. Its ridiculous how many are being built right now. Is Avalon trying to beat out Sea Isle and Ocean City on how many condos we can fit. Second the need to implement some building ordinance that if your tearing down commercial property and rebuilding with residence above, They should be built in such a way to allow for open flamed restaurants to occupy. This town will loose out big very soon if all the restaurants go away
