A daily paper is reporting survey results showing many Jersey voters would like the governor to step down as he begins his national campaign for higher office, citing growing, unresolved problems at home requiring full-time attention. Now that we elect a lieutenant governor, the logistics in a transfer of office should be an easy transition.
