A Cape May Spouter is correct in saying that Kamala Harris is not an African American woman. But she is totally wrong - uninformed or misinformed - when she says Harris is "NOT a 'Black' woman". She claims to know where Harris' family is from. If she does, she would know that Harris is the daughter of a Black Jamaican father. Furthermore, Harris attended Howard University, a historically Black school. And she's a member of a Black women's sorority. Harris IS a Black woman.
