Be careful parking in SH. Unbeknownst to us you now have to use a ParkMobile APP to pay to park instead of a meter or kiosk. Who knew? We didn't and it cost us $34.00, FOR A PARKING TICKET. They have lost their minds in SH. I guess it is that massive debt they are trying to pay off one ticket at a time. The merchants of SH should be very worried about losing business. I for one will not be going there to shop. Give me meter, kiosk and ParkMobile free Avalon any day.
