Avalon - a 14,000+ square foot home on the high dunes? Why and how is this even permitted? How much water and local resources will this place use? Landscaping? Affecting native plants, dunes, wildlife? And of course it has to be air conditioned all year round - all 14000+ square feet of it. Avalon is ridiculously overbuilt - it's time for some kind of restrictions!
