Stone Harbor - Atlantic City Electric was at our homeowner meeting for a presentation Sept. 9. Lo and behold the projector didn't work so they couldn't show the metal poles coming down Second Ave. The engineer's presentation was terrible. He could not articulate what they were going to do, so he apologized for the poles! This company is so out of touch with the community that they talk jibberish. Their credibility is zero. It's obvious that they are going to do what they want. Borough council, beware!
