Villas - Re: Villas needles, do you really believe those who are carelessly discarding needles in Villas are reading the Herald and Spout Off? Were you reactive to the incident and proactive in protecting children? Did you put the needle in a capped plastic bottle and discard it? Probably not! If not, you're just another person that identifies issues but does little to correct them. While the root causes are the drug addicts, you could easily prevent the injury as well.
