The Washington Street Mall is the main attraction in downtown Ca

Cape May - The Washington Street Mall is the main attraction in downtown Cape May. I don't understand why the lights in the trees are not lit through the summer. Seems only a couple of trees on the end of the mall are lit.The mall looks so much more festive and inviting when all the tree lights are on!
