North Cape May - What's with all the blacked-out motor vehicle windows throughout Lower Township? I thought you weren't supposed to have vehicle windows completely blocked out. Being against the law, why aren't summons being given?

Our sources indicate that - apart from medical exceptions - after-market tinting is prohibited on the windshield and front side windows, but allowed on rear windows.
